For headteachers and senior leaders:
Join Andrew Pilmore for an interactive course where you will begin develop your own SEF in line with the new Ofsted inspection toolkit. During the session you will:
• look, in depth, at the new Ofsted toolkit – identifying your school’s areas of strength and development;
• have meaningful discussions – to support your judgements and prepare you for professional discussions with leaders, staff and Governors, about your SEF;
• use your understanding of your IDSR – to support the judgements within your SEF;
• develop your schools own SEF – giving you time to work through the key focus areas in the Ofsted toolkit.
Please note, you will need to access your own IDSR during the afternoon.
