  an interactive course where you will begin develop your own SEF in line w
 ith the new Ofsted inspection toolkit. During the session you will:\n\n•
  look\, in depth\, at the new Ofsted toolkit – identifying your school
 ’s areas of strength and development\;\n• have meaningful discussions 
 – to support your judgements and prepare you for professional discussion
 s with leaders\, staff and Governors\, about your SEF\;\n• use your unde
 rstanding of your IDSR – to support the judgements within your SEF\;\n
 • develop your schools own SEF – giving you time to work through the k
 ey focus areas in the Ofsted toolkit.\n\nPlease note\, you will need to ac
 cess your own IDSR during the afternoon.\n\n(Please note: No lunch is prov
