CPD for new headteachers, deputy headteachers and assistant headteachers

Tuesday 21st September & Wednesday 22nd September 2021  •  9:30am – 3pm

A two-day training course in school finance. An essential introduction into:

  • how all of the income streams come into school;
  • how to plan for expenditure and link this to school improvement priorities;
  • how governance and accountability for finance is structured and reported.

Delegates will practice budget planning, predicting income and expenditure and considering three to five year projections.
