School finance training for senior leaders

A two-day training event for senior leaders who want a comprehensive understanding of school finance.

An essential introduction into:

  • how all of the income streams come into school budget;
  • how to plan for expenditure and link this to school improvement priorities;
  • how governance and accountability for finance is structured and reported.

Delegates will practice budget planning, predicting income and expenditure and considering three to five year projections.
