What does your 2026 data tell you?
The Ofsted schedule has a clear steer toward attainment measures. It is essential that leaders understand their data clearly and can talk about what it means for their school. This is a workshop with Andrew Pilmore to support the analysis of this year’s outcomes and consider implications for:
- school self-evaluation and school improvement planning;
- continuing professional development and informing staff performance management.
Bring your data and your cohort data with you for the day. (ie numbers of SEN, Pupil premium, EAL etc.)
