The Writing Framework and the Importance of Reception
The Writing Framework was published in July 2025. The report discusses the importance of reception. This training session will look at the key messages from the report and good practice in YR to support progress.
During this session we will:
- Develop understanding of the key messages from the report.
- Ensure that this is reviewed alongside good practice in YR.
- Consider the complexities of writing development.
- Consider assessment in writing.
