For headteachers and senior leaders:
Join Andrew Pilmore for a 90-minute zoom session where you will have an opportunity to begin to develop your own SEF in line with the new Ofsted inspection toolkit. During the session you will:
- explore the new Ofsted toolkit in depth, helping you identify your school’s strengths and priorities for development;
- consider how to evidence and justify your judgements, preparing you for professional discussions with leaders, staff and governors;
- use your understanding of your IDSR to support and validate the judgements within your SEF;
- develop your school’s own SEF, working through the key focus areas within the Ofsted toolkit and apply them directly to your setting.
