A two-day training event for senior leaders, prospective senior leaders or those new to finance, who want a comprehensive understanding of school finance. An essential introduction into:
- how all of the income streams come into school budget;
- how to plan for expenditure and link this to school improvement priorities;
- how governance and accountability for finance is structured andreported.
Delegates will practice budget planning, predicting income and expenditure and considering three-to-five year projections.
