Doing what matters… and doing it well (Building a high-impact professional Culture)
For headteachers and senior leaders:
- An exciting one-day leadership course delivered by Mr Andy Hind to support senior leaders to build a deeper understanding around the principles of a strong professional culture in their school. Over the day, you will look at developing:
- an in-depth understanding of professional culture and a vision for the future;
- the essential processes for increasing capital and capacity;
- understanding what matters: 3 essential domains for a strong, professional culture;
- doing what matters: intentional actions of effective leadership;
- evaluating how the key influences are affecting a school’s performance;
- how to identify blind spots – uncovering common interferences;
- practical processes, protocols and tools that increase capital across a school.
Date: Tuesday 10th February 2026 at 9:30 – 3.00pm, including lunch.

This training is delivered by Mr Andy Hind.
Andy has over 35 years of educational leadership experience, including Headship, National College of Teaching and Leadership Consultancy, lead facilitator on NPQML, NPQSL, NPQH and NPQEH programmes and OFSTED. He is currently the Senior Consultant with Enhancing Learning Ltd and is supporting schools across the U.K., Europe and Asia, with school improvement and leadership development.
