For headteachers and senior leaders:

Join Andrew Pilmore and Julie Pilmore for an in depth look at what your IDSR tells you. The course will provide you with a full understanding of its content and an opportunity for you to consider your next steps and school improvement priorities. During the session you will:

Look at how Ofsted will use your IDSR before their visit – identifying what the data says and possible lines of enquiry;
Develop a comprehensive understanding of your IDSR – allowing you to confidently deliver training on it to your senior leadership team and staff;
Create a governor summary – to enable you to deliver high quality Governor training, developing their understanding of the IDSR and possible questions which may be asked of them during an inspection.

Please note, you will need to access your own IDSR during the day.

Date: Thursday 22nd January 2026 at 9:30am – 3.00pm, including lunch.
Venue: Fairlawns (in Aldridge).
