Appraisal Training for Appraisers
For leaders new to appraisal or existing leaders who want to develop their appraisal practice:
- Join Andrew Pilmore and Ben Davis for an engaging and practical session that explores the role of the Appraiser in delivering a truly effective appraisal process. During this session, they will:
- Examine current appraisal models – identifying what works well and what could be strengthened to improve impact.
- Clarify the key roles within the appraisal process and explore how each can contribute to meaningful, positive outcomes.
- Introduce a coaching-led approach to performance management, helping shift attitudes and behaviours towards a more constructive, developmental process.
- Develop skills in growth-focused conversations, including how to use effective questioning to support staff development.
