School finance training for senior leaders or those new to finance roles
A two-day training event for senior leaders, prospective senior leaders or those new to finance, who want a comprehensive understanding of school finance. An essential introduction into:
- how all of the income streams come into school budget;
- how to plan for expenditure and link this to school improvement priorities;
- how governance and accountability for finance is structured and reported.
Delegates will practice budget planning, predicting income and expenditure and considering three to five year projections.
Dates: Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December 2024.
Venue: Birmingham City Football Club.
Cost: £460 (+VAT) per delegate for both dates – one fee.
