A Positive Approach to Managing Relationships with Parents
A ½ day course delivered by Amanda Arnold, Executive Headteacher, Delves Federation. Training for any staff members who deal regularly with parental concerns including; leaders at all levels, teaching staff, administrative staff and pastoral teams. The training will cover:

- factors which contribute to poor relationships;
- building positive relationships and steps to minimise conflict;
- managing communication channels;
- handling difficult conversations;
- actions when things go wrong;
- personal wellbeing and coping strategies.
