An essential workshop to support headteachers and senior leaders as they use this data document – revised extensively in 2019 – to identify the key issues that form the basis for school improvement planning.
Inspectors use the IDSR to prepare for inspections, and their analysis will inform the initial conversations between inspectors and the headteacher.
