Given that the proposed Ofsted schedule has a clear steer toward attainment measures, it will be essential that leaders understand their data clearly and can talk about what this means. This is a workshop with Andrew Pilmore to support the analysis of this year’s outcomes and consider implications for:
- School self-evaluation and school improvement planning;
- Continuing professional development and informing staff performance management.
