• A two-day training event for senior leaders, prospective senior
leaders or those new to finance, who want a comprehensive
understanding of school finance. An essential introduction into:
➢ how all of the income streams come into school budget;
➢ how to plan for expenditure and link this to school improvement
priorities;
➢ how governance and accountability for finance is structured and
reported.
• Delegates will practice budget planning, predicting income and
expenditure and considering three-to-five year projections.
