DESCRIPTION:Developing your school SEF\nFor headteachers and senior leaders
 :\n\nJoin Andrew Pilmore and Julie Pilmore for an interactive course where
  you will\nwrite your own SEF in line with the new Ofsted inspection toolk
 it. During the\nsession you will:\n\n 	look\, in depth\, at the new Ofsted
  toolkit – identifying your school’s areas of strength and development
 \;\n 	have meaningful discussions – to support your judgements and prepa
 re you for professional discussions with leaders\, staff and Governors\, a
 bout your SEF\;\n 	use your understanding of your IDSR – to support the 
 judgements within your SEF\;\n 	develop your schools own SEF – giving yo
 u time to work through the key focus areas in the Ofsted toolkit.\n\nPleas
